Carlton have landed Geelong defender Billie Smedts and a future first-round AFL draft pick in exchange for Irishman Zach Tuohy.
The Blues swapped Tuohy and a future second-round selection for Smedts, the No.65 draft pick and a future first-round pick.
Tuohy played 120 games for Carlton, including 22 this season, after switching codes from Gaelic football.
