Grundy stretchered from Pies AFL training

Collingwood ruckman Brodie Grundy has been taken to hospital after a training mishap.

He was taken off on a stretcher from the Pies’ training oval at the Westpac Centre on Friday morning after suffering a knock to the head in a drill.

Director of football Neil Balme told SEN radio Grundy had been taken to hospital as a precaution following the incident.
