Ryan Griffen is poised to join Shane Mumford in the Greater Western Sydney side to play Richmond in Canberra.

Ruckman Mumford, who suffered a minor knee injury last weekend, didn’t train on Wednesday, but is expected to do Friday’s session and play against the Tigers on Saturday.

Midfielder Griffen is in line for an AFL recall after missing three matches with a hamstring injury and defender Matt Buntine is also pushing for a return to the top grade after a similar issue.
