Adelaide expect influential defender Rory Laird to press for an AFL return this weekend.
Laird has missed four games because of a broken toe but is in the selection frame for the Crows’ home match against St Kilda on Sunday.
“Hopefully he comes back … would be a welcome addition, he’s pretty handy,” fellow backman Kyle Cheney told reporters on Monday,
