Greater Western Sydney have taken another step towards keeping their youthful AFL squad together by extending the contracts of defenders Aidan Corr and Matt Buntine.

Both aged 21, Corr and Buntine have enjoyed breakout seasons in the Giants’ defence as the club stakes a claim for finals football.

Buntine has re-signed until 2017, and Corr until 2018.

The two Giants join fellow first-team players, Stephen Coniglio, Dylan Shiel, Jeremy Cameron, Devon Smith and Will Hoskin-Elliott, in re-signing for the western Sydney outfit.
