Nathan Buckley will enter the 2016 AFL season with his coaching future assured.
Collingwood president Eddie McGuire announced at the club’s season launch on Tuesday night that Buckley would extend his stay at the club, where he won six best and fairests as a player, into a sixth year as coach.
“Nathan has done exactly as the board has requested of him and, as a result of that, we’re delighted to extend Nathan’s contract,” he said.
