Gold Coast coach Rodney Eade has declared Gary Ablett a certainty for the AFL’s opening round.
The dual Brownlow medallist hasn’t played in any of the Suns’ pre-season fixtures due to a foot injury but Eade says his skipper is 100 per cent fit and ready to go.
The Suns begin their campaign at home against embattled Essendon on March 26.
