BACKORDER POLICY

An order for an item that is temporarily out of stock is called a "backorder." When you place an item on backorder, we will ship the item to you via our regular ground shipping as soon as it becomes available. You are never charged for a back-ordered item until it is shipped, and you may cancel an item on backorder at any time. You do not pay additional shipping for backorders. In regards to an international order, we can only ship one package per international order. If your order consists of several items, one or more of which are on backorder, we cannot ship the in-stock items until the backordered items become available. If you want to receive your in-stock items right away, you must remove the backordered items from your order and re-order them when they are in-stock.

STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY

All orders from SportsNews.com.au are processed between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday. As long as we receive your order within our processing time and the items that you order are in stock, your order will be shipped within 24 hours. Regular ground shipping takes from 3 to 10 business days, depending on your distance from us (within mainland Australia)

GROUND SHIPPING RATES

2 DAY SHIPPING POLICY

You can upgrade to Express 2 Day Shipping for an additional $8.00 onto the Regular Ground shipping rate and have your items delivered within two business days, provided that we receive your order before 3 p.m. (EST).

EXPRESS SHIPPING POLICY

You can also order Express Shipping for an additional $15.00 onto the Regular Ground shipping rate and have your items delivered the next business day, provided that we receive your order before 3 p.m. (EST).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY

International customers will be required by their country to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your SportsNews.com.au merchandise and shipping charges.

We are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. One of the ways that we ensure that is through providing you with detailed information on an item's fit and construction before you buy it. Our goal is to help you can make the correct decision on what particular size you should order. If you are unsure about your size, simply use your measurements and compare them to the charts that we provide to determine the correct size. Our charts will give you a good idea of the size to order, but be sure to read the special sizing information that may accompany the item description. We also offer No Risk Returns on our products, so if you do happen to purchase the wrong size you may simply return the item for an exchange or refund!
